On 12/29/2020, an employee was changing out a machine's wire bobbin when the high-speed spinning wire got loose and cut the employee's right hand, resulting in a laceration and a 1-inch to 2-inch wire embedded in his palm.
A maintenance technician was fixing a machine's roller belt, which was off center, when his hand got caught on the belt, causing the amputation of his right thumb.
