On January 30, 2025, an employee was lubricating a chain on a powered conveyor belt when their right hand was caught in the chain and sprocket. The employee's index, middle, and ring fingertips were amputated.
An employee was near a conveyor belt on a line that had been deactivated for restocking. The line started and the employee's right little finger was caught in the conveyor belt slats. The conveyor system pulled the employee in, resulting in an injury to the right little finger and hand that required surgery.
