Final narrative
On March 26, 2025, an employee was standing on a work table that was 23" high to abrasive blast the upper section of a pump. When he stepped off the table with his left leg, his left knee gave out and he fell to the ground, landing on his right hip. The employee sustained a displaced right hip fracture near the joint and was hospitalized.
