At about 11:30 a.m., on October 14, 2024, an employee was operating a stand-up forklift during a training activity. The forklift struck racking and the employee's left foot was caught between it and the racking. The employee sustained fractures to the left foot and was hospitalized.
An employee was riding on the side of an all-terrain forklift when they fell into the space between the gas tank and the right rear tire. The employee was run over by the the right rear tire, resulting in fractures to their neck, pelvis, and right leg.
