On April 7, 2025, an employee was adjusting a hydraulic brake press in the ventilation department when the die cycled. The employee sustained amputations of his left ring finger just above the knuckle and his left middle finger at the nail.

An employee was operating a computer numerical control sheet-folding machine. The machine started a cycle when it contacted his right hand, resulting in amputations to three fingertips.
