On April 7, 2025, an employee was adjusting a hydraulic brake press in the ventilation department when the die cycled. The employee sustained amputations of his left ring finger just above the knuckle and his left middle finger at the nail.
An employee was using a shear machine to cut metal. He was making the last cut on a piece of metal, when he went to make an adjustment and stepped on the pedal.
