An employee was trying to move a vacuum hose when the vacuum system pulled in his right hand and arm. He suffered soft tissue damage and edema to the arm.
On July 16, 2019, employee 1 was spraying down an area with hot water. Another employee lost their balance, causing them to spray employee 1 with hot water. Employee 1 was hospitalized with burns to the right leg and foot.
