On April 28, 2025, a temporary employee was operating a press when their fingers were caught in the press, resulting in the amputation of the employee's right ring fingertip and left middle fingertip.

An employee was operating a metal roller machine to roll a small piece of metal. The employee's right index finger became caught between the metal and the machine, and the fingertip was amputated.
