An employee was loading cars onto a car trailer. Their foot got stuck on the second level of the car trailer, causing them to trip and fall off the side of the trailer approximately 8 feet to the concrete ground below. The employee was hospitalized with injuries to their head and shoulder/midback, including a concussion.
