An employee jumped up on the concrete floor to retrieve an empty 5-gallon bucket from on top of a storage cabinet. When he landed, his right femur fractured.

On January 6, 2025, at approximately 11:56 PM, an employee was clearing products from the packing table of a trim press when their left middle finger came in contact with the die. The employee sustained amputation of their left middle finger pad.
