An employee was rising from a chair when their foot caught on the chair, causing them to fall to the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a displaced fracture of the right humerus.
An employee was working as a security guard. A trespasser had entered the hospital and was confronted by the police. A physical altercation occurred and the trespasser was inadvertently pushed into the employee causing them to fall to the ground and strike their head on the ground. The employee sustained a subarachnoid hemorrhage.
