An employee was directing a toter tractor operator to park a manufactured home in the second yard. He attempted to mount the moving tractor while the operator was in the process of making a turn. He fell and was struck and run over by the rear tire of the tractor, injuring the left side of his body. He suffered fractured ribs and a fractured leg.

An employee was sandblasting paint from a water tower when the blasting media sprayed across their forearm, resulting in an elbow injury that required hospitalization.

On September 5, 2025, an employee was installing gang plates on a structure when the side walls fell and hit her head. She then fell onto her back and the side wall pressed her to the ground, resulting in hospitalization due to an ilium fracture and a transverse process fracture on the right side.

An employee was blowing cellulose insulation into the open attic area of a manufactured home. While the employee was holding the insulation hose, it caught on the guardrail of the catwalk/suspended walkway leading into the attic. The tugging motion caused the employee to lose their footing and step onto the sheetrock ceiling. The employee fell through the ceiling to the ground about 8 feet below and suffered a broken lower left leg. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was going between a ladder and a wall to repair a wall in the utility room. A brad-nailing gun was hanging on a piece of wood on the side of the ladder. The employee contacted the brad nailer and the trigger was pushed into the wooden piece. The brad-nailing gun actuated and shot a 2-inch brad into the employee's abdomen.

An employee was on a scaffold caulking and painting a manufactured home. She fell off the scaffold an estimated 6 to 8 feet, landing on the concrete floor. The employee suffered upper body injuries and was hospitalized.

An employee was going up a ladder from the first level roof to the second level roof. The ladder slipped and the employee fell approximately 8 to 10 feet to the surface on the first level. The employee sustained fractures to three ribs and bruises on their arms and hands.
