Final narrative
On August 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM, an employee was installing sheet metal clips on ductwork and began descending a step ladder when he missed the last step. The employee fell onto his left side on the concrete floor and sustained a fractured left hip.
An employee fell while exiting a trailer. The employee landed on their left side on the pavement, suffering multiple broken ribs on the left side. The employee was hospitalized.
