An employee was replacing high hats when he was shocked by electricity and fell from the second step of a ladder to the ground. In addition to being shocked, the employee sustained a leg injury and was hospitalized.
The injured employee was driving a 4-wheeled ATV transporting materials and while passing another ATV, steered the ATV to the right. The ATV's right-side wheels rolled onto a parked Bobcat. The ATV tipped over and the employee grabbed on to the left rail bar. When the ATV fell, it crushed the employee's left hand.
On October 7, 2025, employee was installing mulch with a landscape crew. At around 2:15 PM, the employee took a break and started to feel cramping/pain. The employee was taken to the hospital with rhabdomyolysis due to heat exhaustion.
