Final narrative
The injured employee was cleaning up tools and equipment around a transformer that was being assembled. Other employees were removing the mobile work platforms from around the connections lattice of the transformer. The connections lattice fell over on top of the injured employee, causing fractures to their ribs, pelvis, and foot.

An employee was preparing to remove enamel from copper leads by soaking them in a liter container of formic acid when one of the bottles fell. The employee was splashed with formic acid, resulting in first- and second-degree burns to his face.
An employee was pushing the head unit on an automated cable-wrapping machine along its roller bar tracks. The employee's right hand was caught between the head unit and a support mount on the roller bar tracks, causing a partial amputation to the little finger.
An employee was elevating a scissor lift while inside the lift's basket when one side of the scissor lift's guardrail system became caught on the guardrail system of an adjacent stationary lift. The scissor lift the employee was in then toppled over and fell to the ground. The employee sustained fractured ribs on the left side of his body.
