An employee was walking with a patient when the patient tripped on a wheelchair scale. The employee tried to catch the patient and sustained a neck injury. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

On July 8, 2025, at around 3:51 PM, an employee was exiting the front entrance to go home during a period of heavy rain and high wind, while carrying an umbrella. As she stepped off the curb onto the parking lot, her foot caught the edge of the sidewalk, causing her to lose balance and fall forward. The employee sustained fractures to her left leg, right ankle, and right foot. She was hospitalized and required surgery.

An employee fell while moving a water canister, resulting in fractures to four fingers on her right hand.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
