The employee crawled under the table, bypassing the guard system, and walking into the "butterfly" section where the pieces of glass are put together. After moving some pieces of glass, the machine started working again and the employee was caught in the "butterfly." The employee sustained fractures to her L2-L5 vertebrae and was hospitalized.
