EE was grinding scrap core in the core grinder Some of the core went over the grinder onto the other side EE stated that as they walked around to the other side their foot caught a core cart and they began to fall EE stated they hit their right shin on the core cart causing a visible raised knot and small laceration EE also stated that they fell onto their left shoulder EE said that their shoulder hurt badly and that they were unable to raise their arm past their shoulder
