What happened

At approx. [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] I was doing the vehicle checks when a carrier yelled my name stating that [REDACTED] had passed out. I approached [REDACTED] laying on the ground in the door entrance. I assessed [REDACTED] to see if she was breathing and told carrier to dial [REDACTED]. While waiting on the ambulance to arrive we got some wet paper towels to pat [REDACTED] face and neck. [REDACTED] stated she wanted to sit up so we go her chair to sit in and wait for ambulance to arrive. [REDACTED] was insisting that we didn 't call [REDACTED] but I told her that [REDACTED] was being called so she could get looked at. [REDACTED] arrived checked her vitals and pulse an everything was good. [REDACTED] had stated she knew what the problem was she hadn 't eaten anything all day. [REDACTED] was overheated and dehydrated. While talking with the paramedics [REDACTED] was given some crackers and bottle of water. [REDACTED] refused to be taken to hospital for medical treatment.
