I was trying to close the back door to my postal vehicle because it wouldn 't close so I lift up the back door with my left hand. I pull it down until the door shut. Throughout the whole day I have to use force to close the back door. I started feeling pain on my left shoulder that night [REDACTED]. I hurt my cervical left shoulder.
