What happened

On [REDACTED] I received a call from a carrier stating that A CARRIER was trying to contact management. I called THE Carrier and asked her what was wrong and said she didn 't know what was wrong but she had called the ambulance. Another supervisor and I immediately left the station and went to her location which was an apartment complex located at [REDACTED]. When we arrived THE CARRIER had already left the location and was transported by ambulance. The carrier is claiming a heat related injury.
