Before the incident

Person had just put in a bale of paper in the 6 pulper via forklift The person backed the forklift away from the pulper to get off the forklift to remove some wires that were attached to the mast While dismounting the forklift from the right side the persons left foot landed on some broke and before the right foot could get firmly planted on the ground their left foot slid out from under the person During the fall the persons the right leg and ankle were twisted and bent behind them The person injured their right ankle
