Employee was changing the propane tank on his vehicle when he stated the seal would not properly contain the propane the employee stated that the valve was not closed during disconnecting the used cylinder causing propane to release from the cylinder and onto his hand. Employee stated his hand was in propane for 60-90 seconds. Employee presented with a swollen and blistered R hand.
