What happened

Employee fell while packing on the Lisec had stepped up onto the rack and when she went to step down her ankle rolled and caused a piece of glass to go into her leg making a small laceration. It was noticed that the rack that she and another employee were packing on was too close to the packing station causing a harder time of packing glass and a confined workstation.
