What happened
I began experiencing difficulty breathing along with a heavy feeling in my chest and left arm. I informed the supervisors but did not receive a response so I left the office as my symptoms worsened and I developed a headache. I sat in my car for about an hour but since my condition did not improve and a coworker mentioned I looked pale I decided to drive to urgent care.
