Before the incident

The employee was walking through the cabin of the aircraft after a flight to retrieve their luggage.

What happened

An MSP based pilot was retrieving their bag from the back of the aircraft. While walking to the front of the cabin the employee tripped over the foot of an aircraft cleaner working in the aisle. The employee fell and landed awkwardly straining their left knee and ankle. The employee received a referral to physical therapy and was removed from work.
