On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] TM went to move a cart of a completed cut glass to the next staging location near the glass cutter and IAS cage TM is observed pulling the cart with 1 hand Shortly after getting the glass cart in the aisle way EE is seen taking a few steps EE went to take another step but his heel got caught on the bracket of the glass cart Following that his left foot landed on his right foot causing him to trip and fall but he caught himself He didnt report it tell at the [REDACTED] of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] EE was sent to clinic for treatment
