Team [REDACTED] 1 was working at the rework station When he went to pull out a piece of glass out of the rework cart it broke while still in the cart Team [REDACTED] 1 felt something hit his head so he took his glasses off to see if he had something on his face Team [REDACTED] 1 then turned around to the Cutter operator to ask for help During that time Team [REDACTED] 2 was asked by the lead to help Team [REDACTED] 1 As Team [REDACTED] 2 approached the area Team [REDACTED] 1 let go of the glass with their right hand without realizing Team [REDACTED] 2 was in the area The piece of glass fell onto Team [REDACTED] 2s right palm causing a laceration Team [REDACTED] 2 was taken to the hospital and received 3 stiches
