Injured employee (EE) was working to bring materials to the production line at the time of injury The EE had gone to the [REDACTED] to get box bead carts for the line EE discovered that they would need to bring two carts to the line so the attempted to bring both at the same time pushing one and pulling the other behind As the EE approached the bottom of the ramp they lost complete control over the carts and they came together on the EEs right ankle The EE reported the injury to their lead once they got back to the line
