When he reached the end of the glycerin tank he threw the line through the squeeze roller. It was at the same time that the employee behind him pushed his cart forward slightly. His arm then got too close to the squeeze roller and it grabbed his hand and pulled his arm into the roller. It was then that the emergency stop was hit.
