What happened

LCSA was assisting a guest with a wheelchair down the jetbridge. In the jetbridge there are two small slopes ramps downwards. In one of those the agent stepped in uneven surface and rolled his ankle. Initially he didn 't think as a big deal but the [REDACTED] the employee reported it to management due to ongoing pain.
