They describe that the pain is in both hands from the top of the palms up into their middle ring and pinky finger on both hands. Their fingers are locking up to the point that they have to assist themselves in straightening out their digits they are awakening with their hands fully numb and have described the pain as though someone hit their knuckles on those three fingers with a hammer.
