Pushing and pulling logs

What happened

Was pushing lifting large logs onto the ball cart and may have used to much effort and pulled a muscle in my right bicep. Has been hurting pretty good for the rest of the day especially after climbing a tree. 8 29 update: the pain in my arm is now nothing compared to the pain in my back. I must have really tweaked something while moving the log
