What happened

[REDACTED] was blowing plastic shavings off of insert trim using an air hose. Throughout the night he felt fogginess and discomfort in his left eye. He had a co-worker look in his eye and was unable to see an object. He started to noticed redness and swelling increasing throughout the night. [REDACTED] contacted HR at [REDACTED] and said he would try using an eyewash station and eye drops. [REDACTED] then decided to visit Med Express on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Med Express was unable to help him and sent him to Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Center 's ER. [REDACTED] said the ER doctor pulled out a small swirly material. [REDACTED] also suffered from Bacterial Conjunctivitis in his left eye. The ER doctor gave him a prescription for an antibiotic and pain medicine. [REDACTED] is only using the antibiotic. His vision is fine and he expects to make a full recovery.
