What happened

Therapist was repositioning pediatric patients ' feet while coming out of a deep squat from the ground. The patient stood quickly and head butted the therapist in the nose with his head. Therapist heard a crunch in the nose on contact. Therapist felt pain in the nose tenderness of the nose congestion of the nose and a headache after contact.
