Before the incident

Employee walking around 1st floor gym during presentation losing footing a coworker running closely to EE collided causing her to fall

What happened

I was walking around the track in 1st floor gym area. During this demonstration a coworker came up closely beside me and my foot collided with her arm as she was bending to the ground. This caused me to lose balance making me go into an uncontrollable fall. I landed on my right arm and the right knee.
