The rewinder team was working on splicing into new roll The tail had come up over the top of the roll and some paper had caught up in the carriage The paper was untangled form the carriage and process continued The tail was given to the broke hustler and 3rd hand moved to the lefthand side of the roll to remove broke that had was behind the roll The person reached behind the moving roll to remove a piece of broke and their finger was pinched between the bed roll and the roll of paper
