What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] at the Eugene PDF [REDACTED] Mail Processing Clerk was sorting NMO parcels using the container dumper in the NMO section. She was by hand attempting to clear a stuck parcel and move it onto the automated belt. While leaning over the wooden guard and moving the parcel she felt pain in her lower back. She reported the incident to management immediately.
