What happened

On [REDACTED] at 114:75 Clerk states I was working alone on [REDACTED] #6. When working on [REDACTED] #6 I went to push bin #127 tray back in and while doing so the self that holds the mail went completely through the rack catching my left wrist cutting it open. Employee filled out affidavit saying I am not filling a [REDACTED]1 for an on-the-job injury nor am I seeking medical attention at this time.
