[REDACTED] was reported on [REDACTED] per statement made to Caduceus USA states he was punched by co-worker. Employee states he was walking pass a coworker and he just punched him on his left side shoulder neck area. Employee states fell into a mail processing machine on his right side. Employee states he hit his right shoulder and neck on the machine. My conclusion is I did not see the incident and from the investigation the Threat Assessment Team concluded that they could not corroborate his version of what happened.
