Exiting the business and slipped falling to the ground.

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I received a phone call from rural carrier stating that while at the gas station located at [REDACTED]. he finished pumping gas and when he went back into the cashier to get his receipt and while exiting the convenience store he slipped and fell on his left knee causing his knee to twist in an awkward way. Employee stated that when he got up he noticed his left knee bleeding and very sore. Employee was able to drive himself back to the office. [REDACTED] will be driving himself to Advent Health Centra care at [REDACTED] Located at [REDACTED].
