TM was moving a finished window from the end of the line to the transfer cart

What happened

Employee working in the Final assembly workstation reported that he had pain on his right hand wrist after handling a complete assembled unit. he gripped the frame with his full hand using his four fingers to grip and exterior of the frame and his thumb to position on the interior of the frame. as he attempts to move the unit to one side that 's when you felt the pinch on his thumb. When EHS manager and I reviewed the employees hand there were no signs of swell or bruising within that thumb or wrist area. Employee did request to get reviewed EHS manager transferred him to apollo to get reviewed. he did return with restrictions. restriction will be accommodated. till his next review date on [REDACTED].
