TM was cleaning out a delivery truck that had broken glass in it

What happened

TM [REDACTED] tried dumping a trash can off his truck that had debris and broken glass when a glass that was sticking out broke off causing a laceration to his left forearm and wrist area. Director and I were notified and called [REDACTED]. EMT arrived at [REDACTED] facility and initiated treatment. incident took place at [REDACTED] on the east side of [REDACTED]. TM was wearing gloves but was not wearing sleeves when moving trash can.
