What happened

TM y una QC estaban inspeccionando un grupo de cristales en un rack de madera. Los tm estaban a corta distancia de los cristales cuando el rack de madera se rompio provocando que los cristales pierdan equilibrio y se inclinen para adelante. cuando los TM se dieron cuenta de que iba a caerles encima los cristales y que no les daba tiempo y espacio de huir para evitar ser golpeados entre varios intentaron detener los cristales. el peso era demasiado y al no poder sostenerlo mucho tiempo empezaron a dejar de sostener el peso permitiendo que caiga y no le de tiempo de huir a 3 de los empleados que estaban mas cerca. 2 de los empleados sufrieron cortes y 1 de ellos quien es el Team leader sufrio una fractura en la pierna derecha al recibir la mayoria del peso. Se le notifico de inmediato al [REDACTED] y al [REDACTED] para su asistencia. [REDACTED] fue contactado y asistieron de inmediato
