What happened

TM was walking in assembly area and hit his right leg with the metal structure and he fell to the ground hitting his head producing a cut on the front. [REDACTED] Aid was offered and applied clean and bandage of the wound. Rescue was called and examinate TM and recommended to send him to the PHC clinic.
