What happened

employee returned to the machine and unloaded the supplies he sat down on the buckets of chemicals that he had just delievered to the machine and one had chemicals on the lid. The chemical went through his pants and caused a rash. The chemical was not from the chemicals we had just purchased but had spilled onto the buckets from the location where the chemical was purchased.
