While adjusting the turn buckle on the bottom right side of the sub assembly with a 1 1 2 inch wrench the wrench slipped off the turnbuckle housing causing the wrench to ricochet off a part of the digging wheel causing the wrench to hit the employee in the upper lip causing a laceration.
