What happened

Employee was driving a forklift with pallet of loose parts each measuring 18x11.5x3 weighing 176 lbs. One of the pieces fell off the pallet as the employee was driving. Employee was not trying to lift but flip piece back onto the pallet. While moving the piece he felt a pop in his right bicep.
