This exposed employees to struck-by hazards from one of the legs breaking and possibly dropping the load on employees.

Pavlof weather deck and dock side:  On or about February 12, 2012 and times prior thereto, brailer bags were used with cuts and snags on the bag and lifting legs.  This exposed employees to struck-by hazards from defective gear failing during offloads of up to 2000 ilbs of fish.
