29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:    a.) Department 13, Nickel/Chrome plating area - On or about February 11, 2013, an employee adding chemicals to the plating tanks utilized 2 white 5-gallon buckets, one contained sulfuric acid and the other contained caustic liquids, that were not labeled to identify the product contained therein.  Sticky notes were utilized on the bucket lids to identify the chemical within.  After the lids were removed, the employee mistakenly added sulfuric acid to the copper cyanide tank causing a chemical reaction that splashed corrosive chemicals out of the tank and onto the employee, resulting in second degree chemical burns.
